Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By engaging with Meritorious Ventures, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Services & Scope

  • Meritorious Ventures provides custom mobile application development services including iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native, and AI-integrated solutions.
  • The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or project agreement.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any party for any reason at our sole discretion.
  • Service features and availability may be subject to change with reasonable prior notice.

Payments & Billing

  • Payment terms are outlined in your individual project agreement or invoice.
  • Invoices are typically due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Late payments may incur a fee of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in your project agreement.
  • We accept bank transfers, major credit cards, and other payment methods as agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement.
  • Meritorious Ventures retains ownership of any pre-existing code, frameworks, tools, or methodologies used during development.
  • We retain the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Third-party libraries and components are subject to their respective open-source licenses.

Limitation of Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
  • We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
  • You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of your data and materials.

Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use our services to develop applications that are illegal, harmful, or violate third-party rights.
  • You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks.
  • Misuse of our services or violation of these terms may result in immediate termination.
  • You are responsible for ensuring any content you provide complies with applicable laws.

Governing Law

  • These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration before resorting to litigation.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Meritorious Ventures regarding our services.
